Key Guidelines for Submission
To prevent delays in processing, please review these essential formatting and compliance requirements:
- Exact Name Matching: The full name displayed on all verification documents must match your Passport/National ID and the purchase contract exactly.
- Document Quality: Please provide high-resolution, full-page screenshots or PDF documents. Crucial details (names, dates, wallet addresses, and amounts) must be clearly legible and must not be cropped or modified.
- Exchange Origin: For cryptocurrency transactions, verifying that funds originate from or have passed through a major regulated exchange significantly accelerates the review process.
- Pre-Screening Advantage: You may provide your public wallet address early. Running a quick, friction-free wallet screen (KYT) can reduce the need for heavier secondary documentation.
